And that is why we are before you. If you look carefully at the plan, these darkened lines represent the new contour lines which we propose to have the builder establish. Pauline: This is the 100 foot easement on this one, Dorothy. Dorothy: Is 167 the 100 feet? Pauline. 167 is more than 100 feet. That is a open lot and it is unbuildable. Mr. Priestly: We are 43 feet from.that. Dorothy: 168 and 167 both? Pauline: Yes, that is all marsh area. Mr. Landers: You can see that we are 56 feet away from the closest point which is a por- tion of the deck. Pauline: Have you applied for all of your permits? _ Mr. L=nders: Yes, we have. We are 115 feet away from the edge of the marsh. We are a 10 foot minimum from the property line. Pauline: We see no problems with this because I have been down and checked it all out. Mr. Priestly: It is all brushed out. Have you had a chance to walk it? Pauline: I have. I've been down there so many times. I see no problems. M-.
