Mr. Priestly: In other words, once I have the Order of Conditions in my hands, I can close
on this?
Pauline: We will get that out right away as soon as we can.
Mr. Priestly: Now,would that be sent to him?
Pauline: The original goes to him to be registered at the Registry of Deeds.
Mr. Priestly: So, he will have to bring that to the closing with him?
Pauline: Right and it has to be registered. We will send you a copy of that if you request
it.
Mr. Priestly: Could you do that and then I could close a few days after.
Pauline: Would you want us to send the original to Holmes & McGrath?
Mr. Priestly: That would probably be the best thing.
Pauline: That would be the best thing all around.
Mr. Priestly: Then I would have it physically in my hand and take it to the closing and
then I will know the lawyer will have put it on record.
Reouests secretary to send original to Holmes & McGrath.
Pauline: You have to post your DEQE number.
Fir. Priestly: Could I have the number? I had it written down and I lost it.
Pauline: SE+3-138•
Mr. Landers: How long will it take before you issue an Order of Conditions?
Pauline: As soon as we can get to it, we will get it put together.
Mr. Landers: We are aware that you have to wait ten days.
Pauline: There is a ten-day appeal period after receipt of the Order of Conditions.
Dorothy: Not after you receive it. It is from the date of the order. From when it is
notorized, you wait ten days.
'Mr. Priestly: As a practical matter, I know that New Seabury owns the land on both sides
I am not too concerned about an appeal so I could close after that point after I had the
Order of Conditions.
Dorothy: Probably.
Pauline: Unless, DE2E comes down.
Dorothy: And supersedes what we write which they can do.
Pauline: Which they can do and have done if they do not think our Order of Conditions is
stronr, enouh and in full detail and it brines in different subjects for you not to bring
any ecuin^ent in here or place anything on this marsh area.
