-7- <br /> Notice of Intent was received for James Kanter, Seconsett Island for a proposed house. <br /> The hearing will be set up for September 24, 1980. Reminder: Talk about the well <br /> when he comes before us. <br /> Notice of Intent was filed by Alfred Alicandro of 59 Keel Way, Mashpee to build a walk <br /> across the salt marsh with attached dock within 100 feet of Great River. .(Charlie <br /> checked this out and found that the banking was destroyed. ) <br /> Secretary was requested to write a letter to Joe Reardon regarding the purchase of the <br /> boas. The letter was sent September 11 , 1980. <br /> On September 15, 1980, the South Cape Beach Committee meets. <br /> On September 22, 1980, there will be a Special Town meeting to vote on South Cape Beach <br /> on whether New Seabury or the State takes it over. <br /> A Notice of Intent form was sent to Mr. Malcolm N. Hunter, ?36 Mariner Circle, Cotuit. <br /> He Durchased a house on Santuit Pond. <br /> A Notice of Intent form was sent to George Rapoza, P. 0. Box 216, Waquoit. He wants to <br /> build a bulkhead. Has a Corps of Engineers number which was issued in 1967. It is <br /> determined that he must file. <br /> SE43-83 <br /> Dick Morse <br /> Certificate of Compliance <br /> Charlie went down and everything is okay. <br /> A letter dated August 13, 1980, was received from the Selectmen's Office stating that <br /> they would like to improve the Town Landing located off Great Oak Road by placement of <br /> a cement launching ramp. A Notice of Intent form was sent. The State filing fee and <br /> advertising costs were waived. <br /> A letter from the Selectmen dated August 15, 1980 was read to the Board. The letter <br /> was addressed to Mr. James Law, Army Corps of Engineers. It is regarding the fact that <br /> their request of 7/10/80 ,`or a public hearing concerning the proposed pier requested by <br /> Rich=rd Cushner has been waived. <br />
