-5-
SE43-135
Andrew S. Kariotis
Request of Robert Bunikis to Amend Order of Conditions
Mr. Bunikis was informed by the Board that this was done at our last meeting on
September 10, 1980 by the request of Atty. Jim Smith. Mr. Bunikis requested a
copy of the Order of Conditions which was amended. The original went to the owner
of record, Mr. Kariotis.
SE43-116
Joseph Raduano
Agent: Robert Bunikis
Mr. Bunikis: One Monday, I received a copy of a letter dated September 11, 1980,
from DEQE denying the Raduano's request on their notice of intent dated March 11,
1980 and plans dated, April 28, 1980.
Charles: Reads the letter.
Ken: He has taken shallow water frontage and is trying to make deep water out of it
so he is trying to run a pier out almost 100 feet or whatever it is.
Mr. Bunikis: We have a condition here where there is a very narrow foreshore because
we have to work this riprap coming up. In order to be able to let people walk along
here, you have to leave some room. My plan is to put a ramp here and then 72 feet of
pier and then another 14 feet or so because you have to put the ramp on the float.
Wayne: How would it be to moor the boat?
Mr. Bunikis: We have moorings out here now.
Ken: All of these wharfs that come in are places where a guy should have a mooring.
He has a shallow water frontage and they are trying to make deep water frontage out of
it and they don't care how far out they stick anything or who it effects.
Mr. Bunikis: The point is that it is being allowed.
Wayne: Pretty soon we are not going to allow it.
Pauline: Wayne, we have a letter from town counsel now to meet with the planning board
to go into zoning to cut them all down to 45 feet.
Ken: This has to be re-filed.
Alfred Alicandro
59 Keel Way, Mashpee
A hearing is scheduled For September 24. He has worked on the banking and destroyed it.
Pauline went down to check and he threw her off his property. Note: check for com-
pliance on the house.
