The Board reviews the plan. Doyle: The reason the house is situated there and the system is there is that they are trying to save as many of the deciduous trees as possible. Charles: Water not dropped that much. Probably a true water line. It is a slower rate than wh^.t you usually get. Usually it is sand all the way but here you have medium sand to fine sand so it slows it. Mrs. Anderson is requiring that the material be taken out and clean stuff be put in.
