-i^-
Charles: I think that would probably save time, Chris.
Dorothy: I don't think you need to file a new notice of intent -- just send in
the plans.
Mr. Kuebler: We will go ahead and get some plans drawn up and in your hands. We
will also I think by phone) find out if that is, in fact, the reason why they
haven't sent down a number; and we will tell them what we are doing; and then we
will proceed on that basis.
Pauline: I imagine when you draw up the plan, if you put so many toe stones for
so many feet for a start, then they will go ahead and issue a number so that we
can follow the procedure.
Ken: Charlie, what do you think of the toe stones, the brush and the fill?
Charlie: I think it is the only way that it is going to do.
Ken: Wayne, what do you think?
Wayne: I have reservations about establishing the slope under the brush; but with
experimentation, it seems to work. I have no reservations outside of that. It is
such a tremendous project. We are not going to build a pyramid easily and that is
what the next step is.
Ken: What do you think, Dot?
Dorothy: I think the stone mound has shown that it worked in some areas so long
as the brush is contained behind it either burried or fastened down in some manner
so that it won't move.
Ken: What do you think, Pauline?
Pauline: Put a footage in the highest part and try that and see. Put a stone
mound in and tripod it in.
Ken: I agree with the toe stones and the brush. It seems like the best idea. 1
would be insistent on what is to be dumped. We want to be straight forward and
honest about that. What we say, you can dump in there.
William Warwick of Warwick & Wilkie, Professional Enginners, discussed the follow-
ing_up-and-coming notices of intent:
Clark Construction Co. -- plans to construct a floating dock and ramp at 722 Little
Neck Lane, New Seabury, and
Joseph Terabelli -- intends to construct a single family residence at 57 Keel Way,
Little Teck Bay.
The hea.rin5s were scheduled for December 17, 1980.
