Chris Kue.oler
..r. Kuebler wanted to get the Conservation Commission's advice on lots surrounding
a bog which the New Se2bury Corporation has thoughts of buying. Asks how would
they determine whether or not the lots are buildable?
Wayne: From a topographical plan, I guess would be one way,
Pauline: An on-site inspection.
Nr. Kuebler: We probably have a topographical map as we own some of the adjacent
property. I am not familiar with some of the probless here. We have marked it as
a bog.
Pauline: Shows where it is all wetland.
Charles: Mentions that there is a white cedar swamp in there,
';Mr. Kuebler: Asks if you are able to get in there?
Charles: There is a dirt road -- Great Hay Road.
?'r. Kuebler: Asks if someone from the Committee go out and make the inspection
with him?
Ken: Yes, I will go with you. Charlie, will you go?
Chprles: Yes.
Pauline: 14entions that there is a mound of loam there put there by the New Seabury
Corporation.
Mr, Kuebler: Talks about who owns the land. He is pretty sure that Mir. Porcello
owns it. The land has not been land courted. They have approached New Seabury
Corporation to buy it. We want to ;mow two things. He want to snow if there are
buildable lots, number one. And number two, would there be a better land use than
, to go to single-family home sites. If it is clearly a bog, is it a wetland then?
Pauline: Yes, You would be within 100 feet of wetland.
Mr. Kuebler: :ienticns that he quickly measured out and there is not a lot in there
that is further than 100 feet of either the pond or the bog.
Peter Horn of the Falmouth Enterprise stopped in to ask some questions about the
condominium units being proposed by Earle f.arsters.
The Board explained that it was just proposed tonight and that not all of the Board
has done an on-site inspection.
SE43-105
Betty & 'alph Crosby, Lot 1046 Popponesset Island 'd.
A letter was received from Cir. Crosby reauestirg that the Conservation send a
Certificate Of COmpl lari0e. The CO Rpl'_anOe was sent December, 4, 118C,
