It kind of gives it a nice flow to the building. There are a few flats in there where it is one over the other and we will test those in the first few and see how they market. I think the lowest that we have are 1200 square feet on a flat and then they share the basement for storage with the other person. But, the majority of town houses will have about 2,000 soua.re feet. They are going to be well-designed units with a lot of energy features. We are going to use heat pumps. Pauline: What type of finish? Farle T`arsters : Shingle. The last question on Elizabeth Simpson's letter (number 5), I believe I ad- dressed in my earlier remarks. I`. says the Santuit River is a herring run and also an area where there is considerable crabbing during the season. Any con- struction and residential use of the size contemplated is bound to have resid- ual effects on the Waters or S'oestrilnE Bay and the Santuit River. Again, through planting, We are going to restore a lot of the natural erosion controls in the area. During construction, we plan to use the snow fences and put hay bales to eliminate seaimen.tation. Ana, lastly, we are going to use the leach- ing catch b-sins as the roadway drainage and also to take care of the roof drains. We are doing everything piossble to mini-,ize the actual impact on Santuit iiver of erosions, pollutantsor any types of other impacts.
