Ile,
 i:ONSr'.iVA'i'Iih P,Or.ai) t;rsl'llvG
December 17, 1980
Present:
Ken Pecci, Chairman
Pauline DeLory, Vice Chairman
Dorothy Studley
Wayne Tavares
Prior to the 7:30 p.m, hearing, Mr. Whittemore of 99 Homestead Lane, Teaticket,
stopped in to request permission for selective and dead wood cutting on Duckblind
Road, John 's Pond, as he is the caretaker for Felix, Sobel and Flynn, (Refer to
Mr. Whittemore's letter of 1?/17/80 describing his intent) The Conservation Com-
mission sent Mr. Whittemore a letter on December 19, 1980 granting his request.
7:' O Hearing
SE43-157
William M. Warwick of Warwick & Wilkie filed the intent for Joseph Terabelli of
60 Pershing Road, Needham, which is to construct a single family residence at
57 Keel Way, Mashpee, within 100 feet of Great River.
Pauline: Were the abutters notified?
Air, Marwick: Yes, they were,
Pauline: Asks about the conservation easement.
Mr, Warwick: There is a 50 foot easement. I can guarantee you right now that we
are not going to touch a blade of grass inside of that easement. I know it is
close. Mr. Terabelli had to go to an architect and get the man to design a house
for this particular lot because of the configuration of the lot. As it turned out,
it is rather a small house. It has a lot of garage. The sanitary disposal system
is well away from mean high water.
Ken: Is this a different house from when you showed us these plans at our last
meeting?
r. Warwick: No, it is the same house. I sent a survey crew out and we staked it
out. I didn 't know whether you were going to go down and look at it or not. It is
all staked out.
Dorothy: It looks to me that it is the best use you can ,get for your lot.
Pauline: Have you applied for your septic permit on this?
Mr, Warwick: Not until we get through you people. Mrs. Anderson has witnessed the
perk test.
?a,:line: Has she signed it?
M'r, '%'=rwick: No, but she will if we can get through the Conservation.
Ken: And you can build this without touching any of the Conservation easement?
i•:r. };arwick: Yes, The touchy part will be the deck, and they are goingto have to
be careful with that deck. If the Order of Conditions read that there will be no
intrusion over that conservation easement line for construction purposes, I am sure
that we could go along with that veru easily because it is not the intent to go over.
