Ken: I am satisfied.
Order of Conditions
11 . The work shall conform to the following described plans: Sewage Disposal
System for J. Tera.belli & Sons, Inc. , Lot 57 Keel Way, Little Neck Bay,
Meshpee, Plans dated: 11/21/30 Drawn by: Warwick & Wilkie.
12. Septic shall'°be in accordance with Title V.
13. Absolutely no equipment and no damage in the conservation area.
8:00 Hearing
SE43-158
William M. Warwick of Warwick & Wilkie is representing Clark Construction Company
of 56 Sand Dollar Lane, Nashpee, who wish to construct a floating dock and ramp
at 729 Little Neck Lane, New Seabury, within 100 feet of Ockway Bay.
Mr. Warwick: I have sent this to the Division of Waterways already.
Ken: Have you heard anything from them?
Mr. Warwick: They have sent the plan back and asked me to stamp it. That was the
only thing that they asked. EWidentally, everything else is all right.
Wayne: How long is it?
Mr, Warwick: It is 12 feet x 6 feet and it is removable.
Pauline: DEE is requesting that they have a sleeve under the surface of the water
so that they won't be permanent docks.
Mr. Warwick: That's fine, What I had done here is put a sleeve on the framework it-
self and that opens up and you can take the float right away from the pilings and
leave the pilings there.
Ken: What are the pilings made of?
Mr. Warwick: They are steel pipe. (Described on the plan)
Ken: What if they get bent, how would you take one out?
Mr. Warwick: Just unscrew them.
Ken: How do you set these -- by hand?
Mr, Warwick: By hand with a wrench. . You could put a hole in the top of it and just
turn it.
Ken: It .is the best looking dock that I've seen since I've been here.
Wayne: Did you design that?
Mr. Warwick: Yes.
