-J' <br /> Order of Conditions for. SL4+ -158 <br /> 11 . The work shall conform to the following described plans: Plans Entitled: <br /> "Plan of Land in New Seabury, Vashpee, Ma. , Lot 72.2, Little Neck Lane, <br /> LC11408-48, Scale 1" - 60' , Dated: Nov, 26, 1980, Owner: Clark Construc- <br /> tion Company <br /> 12, All work to be done by hand, <br /> 13. Any disturbance is to be :replanted. <br /> Order of Conditions for New Seabury Corporation, Bluff Stabilization in front of <br /> Maushop Village, Shore Drive, Mashpee -- SZ43-156 <br /> 11 . The project shall consist of a stone mound not less than 12 feet wide at the <br /> base and not less than 6 feet high. Pyramid shape to be constructed at the <br /> base of the bluff having toe ,stones of not less than 5 tons embedded to the <br /> depth of one-half of their height and the top stone being not less than 3 <br /> tons, <br /> 12. Most landward stone be placed at the interface of slope and shallower, sloping <br /> beach. <br /> 13. The fill to be used between the pyramid and the slope shall consist of tree <br /> limbs and vegetation hand embedded in clean fill to the height of the pyramid <br /> and then light brush, hay or decayed vegetation be placed to the top of the <br /> slope, <br /> 14. The project shall not extend more than 1200 running feet. <br /> 15. No heavy equipment is to be used within 15 feet of the top of the bank and no <br /> vegetation is to be disturbed on tops of the bank. <br /> 16. Hay bales, mulch or nets shall be used during construction or up till the time <br /> new vegetation takes hold to minimize erosion. <br /> 17. The area shall be re-planted with natural vegetation as soon as weather permits. <br /> Order of Conditions for Earle I4, and William J.
