Order of Conditions for EE?.rle V. and tilliam J. Marsters, cont. <br /> 1?. The east end of Building #11 shall be strung not less than 6 feet, building_ <br /> #11 has to be excavated with equipment kept within the confines of the <br /> foundation. <br /> 14. No heavy equipment on water side of any building. <br /> 15. When under construction, snow fencing and hay bales will be set on the bank <br /> to catch material where there is potential erosion. <br /> 16. A wall not less than 2 feet high on the 16 foot contour shall go in front of <br /> and between buildings 7 and 9. <br /> 17. No paths are to be constructed between the dwellings and the water with the <br /> exception of dwelling A. <br /> 18. The run-off on the roads and parking lots and other paved surfaces shall be <br /> placed in catch basins appropriate to the amount of run-off. <br /> 19. Roof drains are to go into catch basins or dry wells. In the event of no <br /> roof drains, the run-off is to go into french drains. <br /> 20. The Aiashpee Conservation Commission is to be notified in writing ten days be- <br /> fore the construction begins. <br /> 21 . Dubin: We came before you several months ago regarding the Pemstein's who <br /> purchased the property from the Sanchez's over on Daniels Island Road. <br /> Wayne: That is one of the lots that was split. <br /> Atty. Dubin: That's right and Jim Ailano is building a house. The Pemstein's <br /> would like to do some work on shore protection and they would like us to research <br /> the issue of what kind of dock, if any, that they would be alloyed to build. <br /> Chr.i_sto ,her Costa: They would like to retain the existing embankment and they <br /> would like to erect a retaining; wall above the mean high water mark and they also <br /> would like to construct a wile dock out to where you would have about 2, feet of <br /> mean low water. <br /> Ken: Asks Chris Costa if he will be doir_F the construction. <br /> Chris Costa: No. I work for Apex Engineering in Falmouth. We will be doing the <br /> site work and the design of the retaining wall. <br /> en: My initial reaction is that -ey i_ne,, What the lot was when they built it. <br /> 1 am not in favor of the stone wall along there; but Il would be in favor of some <br /> type of removable dock which they can take in and cut. <br />
