Chris Skelly made . <br /> two key recommendations: 1) consider smaller boundaries; and 2) check your constituency. The <br /> questions to be addressed by the HDSL therefore are: <br /> 1) Does the HDSC want to pursue local historic district.designation? . <br /> 2 What are the.boundaries of the district(s)? <br /> 3) How shouldpublicity be handled? <br /> Discussion <br /> A multiple approach was discussed that would includealocal.historic district;or.districts...° <br /> possible individual local district properties, and a neighborhood, consetvation.district;of a.larger.. <br /> area.
