Although change is typically discouraged,the current window style is not a good fit. Various <br /> window options were discussed. <br /> Mr. Mayrhofer is also interested in adding a 12x18 shed behind his house. The Commission <br /> agreed that as long as the shed can not be viewed from the roadway,he does not need <br /> Commission approval. Wayne Picard and Mr. Robbins will conduct an initial review of the <br /> property to assess the shed's location. Mr.Mayrhofer will complete and submit an application. <br /> Regarding the gutters,Mr. Mayrhofer may use the seamless white aluminum gutters without <br /> applying to the Commission. Additionally,he wishes to add manufactured stone to cover <br /> exposed blocks on the front of the house. <br /> Board Items: <br /> Mr.Robbins made a motion to waive the fee for the schoolhouse application. Motion <br /> seconded by Mr.Picard. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Robbins made a motion to approve the minutes of June 18,2008. Motion seconded by <br /> Ms. Spencer. All voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Mr. Fudula distributed handouts from Historic District Listservs regarding enforcement and <br /> routine maintenance. The Commission discussed the differences among various Commissions <br /> throughout the state. <br /> Chair Gurney would like to identify a method to track the applicants for Certificate of Non- <br /> Applicability, on future meeting agendas. <br /> Mr. Picard made a motion to adjourn.
