The Commission <br /> agreed that as long as the shed can not be viewed from the roadway,he does not need <br /> Commission approval. Wayne Picard and Mr. Robbins will conduct an initial review of the <br /> property to assess the shed's location. Mr.Mayrhofer will complete and submit an application. <br /> Regarding the gutters,Mr. Mayrhofer may use the seamless white aluminum gutters without <br /> applying to the Commission.
