7 Board of Selectmen Finance Committee/School Committee Minutes March 6, 2017 Discussion relative to the Quashnet School Door, Window and Roof Project: (continued) The Chairman of the Board of Selectmen requested consideration in approving the MSBA submission of this application package. Motion made by Selectman Cotton to authorize the submission of the Quashnet School Application; Windows, Doors, EFIS and Roof Replacement project to the MSBA. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Cahalane, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none Motion made by Mr. Santos to authorize the Chairman of the School Committee to sign the appropriate documents along with the Board of Selectmen to support the submission of the MSBA documents for the Quashnet School project by March 15, 2017. Motion seconded by Mr. McGee. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. Roll Call Vote: Don Myers, yes Chris Santos, yes Scott McGee, yes Opposed, none It was the determination of the Board of Selectmen to further discuss the Quashnet School Town Meeting Article with the review of the May 2017 Annual and Special Town Meeting Warrants as it appears on the Selectmen's Agenda of March 6, 2017 under the Town Meeting Review topic. Motion made by Mr. Santos to adjourn the School Committee at 7:14 p.m. Motion seconded by Mr. McGee. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0.
