-2- <br /> Mr. Holmes gave the following report on Cotuit Corners: <br /> 1. Catch basins needed at lots #12a and #4 and Dennis & Harwich Road. <br /> 2. Drainage at lot #10 needed. <br /> 3. Shoulders incomplete. <br /> 4. No signs. <br /> 5. Bound missing at corner of lot #8. <br /> b. Pavement deficient. <br /> Mrs. Nemetz withdrew the preliminary plan she submitted on November 1, 1972. <br /> She presented a revised preliminary which included the following changes: <br /> 1. Change easement to 40' right of way. <br /> 2. Lots 553, 554, and 555 eliminated. <br /> 3.
