Mr. John Umina of J R U Realty Incorporated submitted a Approval not Re-
quired plan for 2 lots bordering his Cotuit corner sub-division. The
Board requested that the 2 parallel streets (Strawberry Lane and Harwich
Lane) be showned as one roadway and that the name should be Strawberry
Lane. The" original plan included 3 lots when only 2 should have been
included. Mr. Savery took back the original and agreed to make the
necessary changes and forward 3 copies to the Board. The Board signed
. the plan.
Mr. Umina requested a release of the Bond covering the road construction
of Mashpee Shores . However, Mr. Green indicated there is still a prob-
lem with the drainage. Mr. Umina also stated that the road bounds have
not been placed as yet. Mr. Marsters indicated that in his opinion the
road had not been constructed in accordance with the profile plans. The
Board agreed to proceed with their previous plans of having an outside
engineer review this sub-division because Mr. Savery was involved with
the surveying. Mr. Lehmann will contact Philip Holmes of Falmouth to
see if he would be willing to act for the Board in reviewing Mr. Savery's
plans.
The meeting adjourned at 11 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Earle Marsters, Chairman
f.
2 -
