TOWN OF 14ASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on July 5, 1972, at Mashpee Town Hall at 8: 00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance: <br /> Earle Marsters, Chairman <br /> Harold Collins <br /> Joseph Delaney <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> William Lehmann <br /> A definitive sub-division plan was submitted by Mr. Vincent Porciello <br /> consisting of 32 lots and located off Great Oak Road and bordering <br /> Jehu Pond. The board reviewed the plan and made the following recom- <br /> mendations: <br /> 1 . Approval must be obtained from the Town Engineer <br /> for the profile plans. <br /> 2. A sample form of Deed restrictions will be supplied <br /> by the Board. <br /> 3. Drainage must be shown on the profile plan along <br /> with 18" berms where the grade exceeds 3%. <br /> The hearing date was set for August 2nd and will be advertised on <br /> July 12th and July 26th. <br /> A definitive sub-division plan was submitted for John S . Williams <br /> including 44 lots and located off County Road in the Ashumet Pond <br /> area. The Board made the following recommendations: <br /> 1. Berms will be provided on the entire job. <br /> 2 . Approval of the Town Engineer will be obtained. <br /> 3. Three copies of the Profile plan will be submitted. <br /> 4. The petitioner agreed that the no name way will be <br /> graveled and grated. <br /> 5. The hearing date was set for August 2nd and the ad- <br /> vertising dates are July 12th and 26th. <br /> New Seabury Corporation submitted a definitive plan for 16 lots on <br /> Mid Iron Road and Brassie Way.
