for determining the number of lots as well as the street names be <br /> shown on the linen copy. The copy and the original did not agree <br /> but will be made to agree . New Seabury will stipulate the method <br /> of ownership and deed restrictions on the open space. The public <br /> hearing will be held August 2nd and the advertising dates on July <br /> 12th and 26th. Mr. Burden took back the original and will re- <br /> submit July 19th. <br /> An approval not required plan was submitted for Henry 1,a Bute di- <br /> viding a parcel of land into two parcels . It consists of 280 acres <br /> located north of Route 151. The plan was signed. <br /> Mr. William Nye submitted a definitive plan for Mr. Richard Powers <br /> and Paul Casey. The, sub-division consists of 39 lots with 2 re- <br /> served areas and is located on the north side of Pimlico bond Road . <br /> Public hearing was scheduled for August 2nd. The advertising dates <br /> are July 12th and 26th. The Board recommended that the right of <br /> way to the open area be moved from between lots 24 and 23 to between <br /> lots 23 and 22 and that the right of way be added between lots 28 <br /> and 29. Mr. Nye took back the plan to make the necessary changes . <br /> Mr. Nye displayed the new Town map which he is producing. The Board <br /> reviewed the map and in particular the zoning boundaries .
