-2- <br /> The Board informed them that we would attempt to have these <br /> access roads shown on Mr. Fitch's sub-division plan and will <br /> meet with both parties at our next meeting on June 21 , to <br /> resolve this matter. <br /> Mr. Donald Blakeman appeared to discuss his sub-division <br /> known as Santuit Pond Estates. He requested permission not to <br /> clear or pave the entire length of a 40 foot dead end, which <br /> served only one lot. The Board gave its permission to leave <br /> this area in its natural state and to simply pave a driveway <br /> for access to the lot. However, a note must be added to the <br /> sub--division plan as follows : "right of way to be maintained <br /> by owner of lot �#?" <br /> Mr. Blakeman also inquired about the terms and condi- <br /> tions for bonding his road construction. The Board suggested <br /> a bond secured by one or more savings account passbooks in <br /> an amount equal to the cost of the road construction.
