TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on May 3, 1972 , at Mashpee Town Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance: <br /> Earle Marsters, Chai rman <br /> Joseph Delaney <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> William Lehmann <br /> Member Absent : <br /> Arthur Koch <br /> Mrs. Nimitz, representing the Cape Cod Land Development Trust , <br /> discussed two plans which had previously been filed as preliminaries. <br /> They consisted of Section C and Section E of Santuit Woods. She <br /> intends to file the definitive plans shortly. Some of the lots were <br /> less than 12,500 square feet but these will be corrected. The Board <br /> could not recall the preliminaries being submitted but Mrs. Nimitz <br /> promised to forward to the Board copies of t for that,,w,uld verify <br /> � <br /> previous submission. L0nir <br /> Mr. Jack Doyle' s firm submitted the preliminary plan of 46 lots <br /> off County Road near Ashumet Pond. The land is owned by Angelo Purdas. <br /> The Board approved the plan. <br /> Mr. John Umina returned the original copy of his plan for the cluster <br /> zoning proposal at Cetuct Corners , to be signed by the Board. However, <br /> the road bounds still were not shown "to be set". Also, he is to submit <br /> a deed outlining the ownership and the restrictions on the open area. <br /> A public hearing was held on the sub-division of land for Mr. Leo <br /> Houston , located between Mashpee Neck Road and the Santuit River, contain- <br /> ing 9 lots. No opposition was expressed. Mr. Nye, acting as the Town <br /> Engineer, approved the profile plans . Mr. Houston took back the original <br /> plan to have notations made on the plan that the road bounds will be set. <br />
