2 - <br /> 1 <br /> A public hearing was held on the sub-division of land under the <br /> cluster zoning proposal , located between Mashpee Neck Road and Jackbon Road, <br /> containing 38 lots. The profile plans have not been approved by the Town <br /> Engineer but they will be delivered prior to the plan being signed. , <br /> Several abutters were present at the hearing but none opposed the sub- <br /> division . Mr. Fitch submitted the proposed deed and set of restrictions <br /> for the common area. These were given to Mr. Staff who will recommend <br /> the procedure for the Board to follow in recording these items. <br /> Mr. George Green, the Highway Surveyor, appeared to inquire as to <br /> the status of our new map. Mr. Nye informed the Board that it is nearly <br /> completed and he will bring the map to the next meeting on May 17 for <br /> our review. Mr. Green will also attend that meeting to review the map. <br /> At this point the Board held an executive session at which Mr. <br /> Arthur Koch submitted his resignation. He strongly recommended that <br /> we consider a neighbor of his, Mr. Harold Collins , to replace him. The <br /> Board unanimously agreed upon Mr. Collins and the Board' s recommendation <br /> was submitted to the Board of Selectmen. The Board of Selectmen concurred <br /> with our recommendation and appointed Mr. Collins to fill the vacancy <br /> created by Mr. Koch. Mr. Collins was sworn in and will start participating <br /> at the next meeting. Mr. Lehmann will forward a letter to the Board of <br /> Selectmen to give formal notice of our recommendation. <br /> Mr. William Nye picked up the signed plan for his sub-division, <br /> Conaumet Highlands. <br /> Mr. Nye submitted an approval not required plan for two lots owned <br /> by Leisure Living Development Corporation , located on South Sandwich <br /> Road. The plan was signed. <br /> Mr. Nye submitted a preliminary plan for a cluster zoning proposal <br /> consisting of 39 lots and located off Pimlico Pond Road. He forgot to <br /> bring the topography plan but will submit it at the next meeting. It <br /> shows 2-foot contours. <br /> The letter from the C.C.P. & E. D.C. offering to assist us in <br /> developing sub-division regulations was reviewed by the Board. It was <br /> i <br />
