TOWN OF MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> A meeting was held on March 15, 1972, at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br /> Members in Attendance: <br /> Earle Marsters, Chairman <br /> Joesph Delaney <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> William Lehmann <br /> Members Absent: <br /> Arthur Koch <br /> In executive session, the board conducted a secret ballot election <br /> of the officers for the next year. The following were elected: <br /> Chairman: Earle Marsters dice Chairman: Richardson Jonas <br /> Secretary: William Lehmann Keeper of Records: Joesph Delaney <br /> A public hearing was held on a subdivision for the New Seabury <br /> Corporation on Hunt Circle. No one appeared in opposition and <br /> tentative approval was given by the board. <br /> A public hearing was held on a subdivision of land for New <br /> Seabury Corporation on Morgan Circle. Mr. Henry Hall appeared and <br /> requested that the grade of the road be designed so that it would <br /> be lower than his driveway to avoid run off. Mr. Burden of New <br /> Seabury agreed with this suggestion,. Tentative approval was given <br /> by the board. <br /> Mr. Burden presented a check for $100.00 to the board to cover <br /> 4 public hearings as follows: Morgan Circle, Hunt Circle, Paddock <br /> Way, and Gleneagle Drive. Mr. Burden will also pay the advertising <br /> cost as follows: <br /> Paddock Way - $11.76 <br /> Morgan & Hunt <br /> Circles = $16.38 <br /> Mr. Richard Baxter submitted an approval not required plan for <br /> Helen Edwards. The plan was signed. <br />
