3 <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Peck submitted a definitive plan of a subdivision <br /> off Quinaquisset Ave. on Shoe String Bay. A public hearing date was set <br /> for September 15. Prior to the public hearing they will produce the <br /> linen and a revised profile plan showing berms and a cross-section <br /> of the proposed road. Also the book and page number of the deed and <br /> return receipts showing notice given to abuttors. <br /> New Seabury Corporation submitted a definitive plan for the <br /> extension of Shore Drive West. Mr. Burden and Mr. Peter O'Geron of <br /> Hayes Engineering presented and discussed the proposed plan. A public <br /> hearing date was set for September 15. New Seabury Corporation will <br /> provide a revised profile plan showing a cross--section of the Leaching <br /> basins and road construction with berms specified.
