OUTREACH CoORDINATOW S REPORT <br /> In Lynne vaterman's absence, Jing Long reviewed her report for September. <br /> Motion: Jack Jordan moved to accept the Treasurer's report for September, <br /> seconded by Jack Dorsey. vote was unanimous, <br /> 4. VOLUNTEER COORDINATOW S REPORT <br /> Jim Long reviewed the Volunteer Coordinator's Report with the Council members. He <br /> highlighted that he will be working with Judy Genge and Lynne Waterman to nominate <br /> all their volunteers as a group to receive the LHSC Award. <br /> Motion: Jeanne Noussee moved to accept the volunteer Coordinator's Report, <br /> seconded by Virginia McIntyre. Vote unanimous. 1 <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Jinn Long reviewed the usage and costs for the solar panel for FY 2012. <br /> Jim also distributed FY 2012 Annual deport and reviewed the report with the Council <br /> members. <br /> Town Board Remote Participation Policy <br /> Jim noted the new policy voted by the Board of Selectmen"Town Board Remote <br /> Participation Policy" adopted September 12, 2012. He reviewed the procedure for <br /> utilizing the policy. <br /> Report of Secretary Hours to Human Resources <br /> Judy Daigneault reported that a request from the Hunan Resources office was made to <br /> all Boards and Committees in order for them to calculate the board secretary wages. Judy <br /> noted that she reported her hours: 10 meetings per year would equal 40 hours, 2 to 3 <br /> hours per meeting for transcription of minutes, 2 to 3 hours per month for other such as <br /> preparing agendas, postings at ton hall, emils, and copying. <br /> ADDfFIONAL TOPICS <br /> Jinn Long, Council on Aging Director, announced that he Will be retiring in January or <br /> February of 2013. <br /> Jack Dorsey informed everyone that a Flu Clinic will be held at the Senior Center on <br /> November 6 from 4 to 7. <br />
