Mr.Connell indicated the goal of the prod eet to make Mashpee <br /> Commons more than a shopping center by taking it to the next level to serve as a <br /> co- ,iunity center. <br /> The Mass' o l s Program supports growth opportunities which contribute to the <br /> long term strength and sustainability of the Commonwealth with particular <br /> emphasis on projects that support the production of multi-family housing in an <br /> appropriately located mixed--use district. <br /> The MassWorl s hifiustructure Program provides gent funding for the <br /> construction,reconstruction and expansion on publicly owned infrastructure. <br /> This includes,but it is not iiited to severs,utility extensions, streets,roads, <br /> {curb+cuts,parking facilities,water treatment systems and pedestrian and bicycle <br /> areas.
