4 Board of Selectmen Inute June 1 7,2013 APP RLTMENTS &HEARINGS: Public Hearin —Finallv Dino' —Alte tion of Premises/Increased Sofma: Acting as the licensing authority for the Town of Ma hpee,the Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the liquor license application of Barnstable Pizza&Pasta Company, Inc.,d/b/a Finally Dino's 401 Route 15 1, Mashpee,to alter the premises as follows: In addition to installing an automated rtr . table awning over exterior bar and dining area, outside seating will be increased from 40 to 64 Season Seats,by moving twenty-four seats from Sports Bar to outside deck and seating area. Atte Heafing notice was read aloud in accordance with posting requirements, Constantinos Mitrokostas,owner was in attendance with his counsel Kevin Kirrane to review the license application with the Board of Selectmen. The Notice to Abutters requirement of the application was submitted timely. All other necessary paperwork was in order for the Board's approval. Attorney a indicated that due to the demand for outside ung,the applicant has renovated the exterior deck to allow for seasonal outdoor seating. There is no increase to the seating capacity as the interior seating would be removed from the Sports Bar to the outside deck and seating area. new retractable awmbng is scheduled for installation over the exterior bar and outside dining area. Necessary approval has been obtained from the Pluming Board, and it has been reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee. Being no comment, the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous, -o.
