Halpern and seconded by Mr.Shackett to nominate David Harsch for Assistant Treasurer. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on March 12, 2015 were mailed to members before the meeting. A <br /> motion was made by Ms. Allen and seconded by Mr. Shackett to accept the minutes as <br /> presented., Mr. Harsch and Mr. Laporte abstained. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURE—R'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. Mrs, Botsford pointed out that the <br /> figures in the report are based on 2015 budget numbers, since DHCD has now approved our Fiscal Year <br /> 2015 budget. <br /> Accounts Pa ablest Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the months of March &April 2015 and total as follows: March $50,549.16 for 40(11, <br /> $4,352.00 for Section 8, $33,738.00 for MRVP, $43,278.17 for Asher's Path Apartments, $3,116.54 for the <br /> Housing Assistance Program and $11,150.83 for Great Cove Community. For April $35,458.34 for 4001, <br /> $4,114,00 for Section 8, $33,638.00 for MRVP, $44,037.39 for Asher's Path Apartments, $3,571,72 for the <br /> Housing Assistance Program and $16,443.38 for Great Cove Community. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have all residents paid in full at Asher's Path, Breezy Acres and Homeyer <br /> Village. We have one resident at the Great Cove development that has not paid!their rent, and notice has <br /> been served. We are 100% occupied at all developments. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and <br /> seconded by Ms.Allen to accept the Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!5 REPORT PRATES: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated she had mailed her reports for March and April and added the following: <br /> • Recertifications at GCC have started <br /> • Our budget has been approved by DHCD <br /> • The Water Conservation job is out to bid, with a bid opening next Wednesday <br /> • All! staff evaluations done <br /> • Automatic doors installed as part of our Capital Improvement Plan <br /> • Line painting and crack filling done as part of our Capital Improvement Plan <br /> • Door replacement jobs underway at both Homeyer Village and Breezy Acres as part of our <br /> Capital Improvement Plan, <br /> • Stove replacements have been done at Homeyer Village as part of our Capital Improvement Plan <br /> • Quarterly reports submitted to MHIC <br /> OLD BUSINESS: none <br /> NEW_ BUSINESS: <br /> a) Housing Assistance Program-Update: Mrs. Botsford updated the board with the fact that the <br /> Board of Selectmen had voted to remove the article from the Community Preservation Committee <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
