Blaisdell,Board Members,Ronald Bonvie,Dom <br /> DeBarros, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould <br /> were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. Chairman <br /> Jonathan Furbush was absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Mr. Bill Blaisdell was Acting Chairman and announced that this meeting was being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the regular four Board members and Associate Norman J. Gould. <br /> 46 Quail Hollow Road: Petitioner, Kevin M. Kieler, requests a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a kitchen and living room addition <br /> on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, (Map 58 Parcells) 54 and 55), Mashpee, <br /> MA. Kieler,requests a Variance of the front,rear, <br /> side and lot coverage under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a kitchen and living <br /> room addition on property located in an R-5 Zoning District,(Map 58 Parcel(s) 54 and 55), <br /> Mashpec, MA. (Owner of Record: Michael Cusack). (Continued front August 23, 2017 <br /> hearings). <br /> Mr. Kevin Kieler returned to present a revised plot plan of the proposed project. He said <br /> that the Board wanted to see the dimensions of the existing rear deck, however the rear <br /> deck was not being extended, and the homeowners will only will be replacing the decking. <br /> The front deck will be rebuilt in the same foot print, and will remain 27.03 ft. from the <br /> front yard setback. He said that the rear proposed deck is located in the 50 ft. buffer setback <br /> from the water and wetlands and is the reason the request for a Written Finding. <br /> Mr. Kieler said the minimum lot requirement is 80,000 sq. ft. and at the last meeting <br /> explained that this lot is the largest in the neighborhood because of the two lots being <br /> merged together. <br /> 1 <br />
