MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 13, 2017 <br /> Mr. Kieler provided the Board with abutter Ietters that were all in favor of the project. He <br /> respectfully asked the Board for Variance relief and a Written Finding. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the applicant if he provided the front yard setbacks on either side of the <br /> subject lot. Mr. Kieler did not have that information. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that the application does not require relief from lot coverage. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health, Conservation, and Inspection Department <br /> comments into the record. He also read the abutter letters into the record. <br /> Mr. Bonvie read the applicant's letter into the record. Mr. Bonvie said that it would make <br /> sense to provide the applicant with the same information that was provided by the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> There were no comments from the audience or the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding conditioned upon on the following; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2, Certified Plot Plan — Proposed - Cusack Residence, 46 Quail Hollow Road, <br /> Mashpee, MA. All <br /> were in favor of issuing a Written Finding for the proposed kitchen and living room <br /> additions. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance conditioned upon the following; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. The Board issues a Variance for the following; a 6' x 35' front deck which is short <br /> 12.43 ft. from the front yard setback of 40 ft., a roughly 42' x 43' addition which is <br /> short by 5.13 ft. from the front yard setback of 40 ft., an 8' x 30 ft. rear/side deck <br /> is short 5 ft. from the side yard requirement of 15 ft., and the building addition is <br /> within the 50 ft. buffer zone of the wetlands under §174-33. <br /> 2 <br />
