MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 13, 2017 <br /> Mr: Jim Kelley who lives at 30 Overlook Knoll Road is concerned with the 10 ft. right of <br /> way that extends towards the beach. He wanted clarification from Conservation if he was <br /> sent a notice of the proposed dwelling. <br /> The Board had a conversation about the right-of-way located on the plan and wants to <br /> clarify with Town Counsel if the Town considers a "right-of-way" private and cannot be <br /> used by the public. The Board also told the abutter that the Zoning Board does not have <br /> jurisdiction regarding parking issues on streets. <br /> Mr. Steve Bonkowski, who resides at 21 Overlook Knoll Road approached the Board and <br /> wanted to know what the stakes are on the lot. He also wanted to know the square footage <br /> of the house. He said that he would like to see that the home remain the same as what is <br /> currently in the neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Healy responded that the stakes are required for the septic system. <br /> Mr. Bonvie requested that the applicant provide the following; certificate of title number <br /> 206, and the land court plan 5496A. <br /> Mr. Healy requested an extension until Wednesday, September 27,2017 so he can provide <br /> the Board with the requested information. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion and accepted the applicant's extension until September 27., <br /> 2017. Mr. Pittsley seconded, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 608 &_628 Main Street, Route 130: P.A. Landers, Inc. to discuss access driveways on <br /> Route 130. <br /> Mr. Preston Landers, the owner of 608 & 628 Main. St represented himself for the <br /> discussion. The Board was given an aerial view and street view of the properties. He said <br /> he bought the building that faces the street and was mainly for the access road so the trucks <br /> can safely maneuver onto Route 130. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell asked that Mr. Landers return with a minor modification application and that <br /> the application includes the request from DPW regarding the 40 degree turning radius. He <br /> also said he noticed that the other Town Departments have responded favorably on this <br /> new driveway. <br /> Mike Mendoza suggested the applicant speak with the DPW Director regarding a curb cut <br /> and if it is required. It was not mentioned in her comment submitted to the Board. <br /> 5 <br />
