MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 13,2017 <br /> -Approve August 23,2017 Meeting Minutes <br /> Mr. Gould made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Goldstein seconded, yes. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> -Board to review new ZBA application form titled; "Request for Informal Meeting". <br /> Mr. Mendoza said that this form will provide the Board with more detailed information <br /> for these requests that seem to be more frequent. <br /> Mr. Gould so moved to accept the form, Mr. Pittsley seconded, yes. All were in favor of <br /> the new form for an informal meeting. <br /> -Sharon Sangeleer requesting to become an Associate Board member. <br /> Sharon spoke to the Board and said she is familiar with the process of zoning, and has been <br /> here in Mashpee for quite a while and is now a permanent resident. She is interested in <br /> joining the Board. The Board of Selectmen will have to vote at their next meeting. <br /> Mr. DeBarros made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor.
