Accountant Salary 17 # 515 <br /> Wages 500 <br /> $46 # 139 <br /> The FY87 Budget for the Town Clerk was approved as submitted <br /> The figures are as follows <br /> Salary $17 , 689 <br /> Gages 1 , 200 <br /> Expense 4 # 430 <br /> $23 , 319 <br /> The Finance Committee again discussed the Assessors FY87 <br /> budget . The Finance Committee recommended the wages should be <br /> $1 , 000 . The Committee agreed that the Assessors ' office has <br /> i a problem and they do require clerical , help , however , a wage <br /> account is to hire people to help over a f'crunch" and is u-suall. <br /> more than one person . The Assessors were asking for $4 , .599 , for <br /> clerical help for 35 yours for 30 weeks . The Finance Committee <br /> recommended the $1 , 000 and suggested that perhaps the Assessors <br /> could use the floating clerk . The $1 , 000 approved in gages would <br /> be for a part-time , temporary Clerk position . This represents <br /> 218 hours of temporary help .
