i <br /> 3/5/85 L <br /> Executive Secretary Salary - $32,872 <br /> Executive Secretary Expense - $3677 <br /> Town Insurance - $122,150 <br /> Temporary Repair Private Roads - $5000 <br /> The position of Natural Dsour� Officer was advertised to include dog warden this will <br /> probably be changed. No vote taken on the budget. <br /> Board of Health Salary Account included $2500 for temporary help. This amount should <br /> be in a wage account - not salary. The committee will invite the Board of health to <br /> their meeting on March 12 to discuss their budget. <br /> The Personnel. Board recommended a salary of $3600 for the Harbor Master ($5600 was <br /> requested) . The Finance Committee unanimously recommended $3600. <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Public Works Superintendent, requested a transfer of $10,000 from the <br /> Deserve Account to Snow and Ice. The committee felt they would prefer transfering <br /> funds when the total amount needed is established. The secretary was instructed to <br /> write to Mr. Virgilio regarding amount necessary at this time. <br /> The committee will meet with Douglas Boyd, Building Inspector, on march 1 , and <br /> the school Committee on March 1.9 to discuss their respective budgets. There will <br /> be a joint meeting between the Finance Committee and the Selectmen to discuss articles <br /> n March 18. <br /> i <br /> The committee unanimously approved the first page of the Treasurer/Tax Collector budget <br />, as follows: School Project Loan , $210,000, Municipal Complex $66,067, Interest <br /> n Notes and Bonds $171,756.07, Interest on TEmprary Borrowing $50,000, Bog <br /> iNote $57,000, Dredging Note $8700, DPW Note $41,000, Blua Cross $200,000, <br /> Group Insurance $4500, County Retirement $165,532, for a total of $974,555.07 <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Joyce Howell, Secretary <br />
