Article will <br /> be discussed and voted upon at the November 28 meeting. <br /> 25. $300 to the Tax Collector Expense Account. - Till be discussed and voted upon <br /> at the November 28 meeting. <br /> 26. $500 to the Tax Collector Wage Account. Will be discussed and voted at the <br /> November 28 meeting. <br /> 27. $46,900 for revaluation update. The Board of Assessors spoke on this article. <br /> 28. $9,559 to create a new full time position of assistant assessor-data collector. <br /> William lendenin, Chairman of the Board of Assessors, stated that this was <br /> not a clerk position, but that the individual would go out into the field: <br /> The Board felt they would tie in with Falmouth's computer in the next few <br /> years. The members discussed whether the state should fund their mandates <br /> regarding revaluation, etc. Unanimous vote to accept article. <br /> . Transfer control and management of lana known as Lot No. 5. No vote. <br /> 30. 00 to the Conservation Expense Account. Funds would be used for mileage <br /> due to litigation. Jane Peterson moved to recommend $200; unanimous vote. <br /> 31. $5000 for installation of Civil Defense equipment. Jane Peterson roved to <br /> recommend $2000; unanimous approval. <br /> 32. Unpaid bills in the amount of $5054.37 for prior years. Motion roved by <br /> Jane Peterson, unanimous- vote. <br /> 33. $10,000for 2 boats and motors sutmitted by the Shellfish Warden. Mr. O'Malley- <br /> Keyes w <br /> ' alley- <br /> eye ill be invited to the November 28 t address the article. <br /> 4. $2000 for reseeding; submitted by the Shellfish Warden. Mr. O'Malley-Keyes <br /> will explain article. <br /> 35. $28,064 to hire and equip two full time firefighters. Mr. Towner moved to <br /> indefinitely postpone article; unanimous vote. <br /> 36, $65,000 to purchase and equip a water supply engine for the fire Department. <br /> Mr. Towner felt this does not belong in a special town meeting and moved <br /> not to recommend; unanimous vote. Mr. Blythe felt this article should be <br /> considered again in the spring. <br /> 37. $47,000 to purchase hose for the above truck. Mr. Towner moved not to recommend-, <br /> unanimous vote. ' <br /> i <br /> 38. Non-money article - not discussed. <br /> 39, $5300 to install a floor, apron and drive to the salt storgage shed. The <br /> state will build the shed but the town will have to provide funds for the <br /> floor. Jane Peterson moved the article; unanimous vote. <br /> 40. $7500 to make temporary repairs to private roads. iltiam 'To ner recommended <br /> $5000; unanimous vote. <br /> 1. $3600 to repalce exterior lighting fixtures at the police/fire complex. <br /> Mr. Virgilio will be invited to attend the November 28 to discuss the article. <br />
