Appoint a Mashpee Coastal and Inland Waterways Committee. Jane Peterson j <br /> moved to recommend article; unanimous vote. <br /> i <br /> 11. Imp-lementation of the "Right to Kno " law (hazardous substance in a wort <br /> lace) . The Board of Selectmen did not recommend article, they felt that <br /> since this is a mandated law* the state should fund it. The committee unanimously <br /> agreed that article should be indefidtely postponed. � <br /> 12. $1,000 for the Barnstable County Tercentenary celebration. William Towner <br /> moved the article; unanimous vote. <br /> 13. Clarify title to Loophole Road. Jane Peterson moved to -_recomn article; <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> 1+. Sum of money for the Stabilization Fund. Amount not discussed at this time. <br /> 15. Sum of money for the Pension Deserve Fund. Article will be discussed and <br /> vote at the November 28 meeting. <br /> 16. Upgrade the Building Ins pecto,r's salary. The Personnel Board hes net completed <br /> their review. Committee wild. vote on this article on November 28. <br /> 17. Appoint School Building Needs Committee. At the last Finance Committee meeting <br /> it was suggested that the School Committee should look into the needs of <br /> a neer school. The state requires another- committee.- Jane Peterson moved <br /> to accept article, unanimous vote. <br /> 18. Septage lagoon study, $ ,200. A meeting will be field on November 26 to <br /> discuss same; vote to be taken on November 28. <br /> 19. SEMASS Partnership. This will authorize the town to sign contract. Jame <br /> Peterson moved to approve article; unanimous vote. <br /> 0. Upgrade salaries for the Administrative Secretary and the Personnel Board <br /> Secretary in line with union contracts (positions non-union) . Jane Peterson <br /> roved to accept article; unanimous vote. ($15207) <br /> 21. $3,089 for audio visual equipment. Jane Peterson moved to accept article; <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> 2. $576 to the Board of Health Clerk Salary Account. Due to long term illness <br /> in the department, Joseph Murphy, Executive Secretary, felt that $3000 would � <br /> be needed, with a minimum of $2500. Jane Peterson moved to approve $2500; <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> 23. $900.90 for the Assistant Tax Collector Treasurer account. The committee <br /> would life the Personnel Board's recommendation. The committee will invite <br /> Tax Collector, Anne Shaw, to attend their next meeting. No vote taken. <br />
