Stabilization Fund unanimous vote to recommend $50,000. <br /> 15. Pension,-Reserve Fund-unanimous vote to recommend $50,000, Joseph Murphy, Executive <br /> Secretary, after reviewing the law on the pension fund, felt- it would be safe t <br /> put money into the account at this time. <br /> 16. Amend PAP plan to change the Building inspector from Grade 20 to Grade 25. <br /> The Personnel Board was against the upgrade to 25; all boards agreed to upgrade <br /> the posti n to Step 1, Grade 23 unanimous vote by the Finance Committee. <br /> 18. Septage lagoon engineering study $60,000 t $66,200 -needed. Amount actually <br /> needed will not be known until December 3. <br /> 23. $900.90 to the Assistant Tax lllect r Treasurer and Clerical Salaries Account. <br /> The Board of Selectmen and the Personnel Board recommended the upgrading of <br /> .positions; Finance Committee unanimous vote to recommend. <br /> . Create a new 20 hour weekly position in the Tax Collector's office. Anne Shaw, <br /> Tax Collector, spoke on this article. She felt there is a need for someone <br /> to work from 10 am to 2 pm. This person will be eligible to participate in <br /> Blue Cross, but not in the pension plan. The yearly salary would be $7600 <br /> including benefits. Elizabeth Terry moved to recommend article; unanimous <br /> vote. <br />
