Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Donn <br /> DeBarros, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer <br /> were present. Board Member Ron Bonvie and Norman J. Gould were absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Jonathan Furbush announced that the meeting was being televised live on <br /> Mashpee TV. <br /> Mashpee Commons LP: Requests minor modifications under.Special Permit SP-86-04- <br /> 024 to address actual built conditions,relocate certain square footage of building space and <br /> location of parking areas, and previously approved residential units as permitted on <br /> property located in a C-1 Zoning District, at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway, Building 21, (Map <br /> 74 Parcel 20), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Tom Feronti respectfully requested to withdraw the application. He submitted a formal <br /> letter to the Board which was read into the record by Board Member, Scott Goldstein. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to accept the request for withdrawal. Mr. Blaisdell seconded, <br /> yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. DeBarros yes, and Mr. Pittsley, yes, and Ms. Sangeleer, yes. <br /> All were in favor to accept the withdrawal from Mashpee Commons. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mashpee Commons: Representative, Tom Feronti to give the Board their 6-month update <br /> on the construction progress as stated in the Comprehensive Permit, Condition eight of the <br /> Decision and Conditions issued February 2007. <br /> Mr. Tom Feronti, represented Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership. He said as stated <br /> in the conditions of the comprehensive permit for the 40B project, Mashpee Commons is <br /> required to attend a ZBA hearing every six months. Since the last visit to the ZBA,he said <br /> that Building 41 was finished, and there are eight one bedroom units in this building and <br /> two affordable units, and six of the eight were rented. Since that time, Building 40 and <br /> Building 42 were finished. In total of these three buildings there are 22 units, and out of <br /> those 22 units there are five affordable units, and all of the units are occupied. <br /> 1 <br />
