MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 11,2017 <br /> Building 44 brings this up to their threshold for affordability and accessibility. He said <br /> again it's not per building, it is by completion of the project. <br /> Mr. Berkeley Johnson, represented the Affordable Housing Committee. He said he had <br /> visited the finished apartments and said they are very well done, and are roughly the same <br /> size,with the same equipment. His concern is that they do not lose any affordable units for <br /> the Town, and hopes the Board recognizes that there needs to be more affordable units in <br /> the Town. <br /> Mr. Goldstein wanted to know how the modular construction worked out. Mr. Feronti said <br /> they had a few issues with the HVAC system in the building but is independent of the <br /> building construction. He said that they are still considering Building 44 to be modular. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell asked about the natural gas moratorium. Mr. Feronti said they had to remove <br /> the natural gas from Building 40 and 42 which are both electric. The moratorium was <br /> removed and Building 41 has natural gas in that building. <br /> Mr. Feronti said they are going through there public engagement process as they master <br /> plan the rest of their land. There is a public meeting scheduled at the Library, Tuesday, <br /> October 24,2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.He extended an invitation to the Board, and would <br /> like some input from the different Boards and Committees to help them with their <br /> continued visions going forward to develop the rest of their land. There will be another <br /> meeting in December, and they will be attending a Planning Board Meeting on December <br /> 6. <br /> -Approve 201$ Year ZBA Public Hearines Schedule <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the 2018 Year ZBA Public Hearings Schedule. <br /> Mr. Pittsley seconded, yes. All were in favor, <br /> Mr. DeBarros made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Pittsley seconded. All were in favor to <br /> adjourn.
