Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 18, 2003 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin --J.P. Transportation, Inc. d/b/a Sa hire Limousine: <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 1 larsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5--0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> J.P. Transportation, Inc., John Bartolomei,Jr.,for a Limousine <br /> License for 1 vehicle, d/b/a Sapphire Limousine at 117 Paddock <br /> Circle, Mashpee in agreement that the limousine will be ganAged as <br /> referenced with no other company vehicle. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous.nimous. 5 . <br /> Public Hearin —Hot's Cinemas—Entertainment License: <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Tricorp Amusements, Inc. for the addition of three amusement devices at <br /> Mashpee Hoyt's Cinemas. <br /> The Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. Alan Tucker was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Tucker indicated that the three amusement devices to be located inside <br /> the building are self-contained and coin operated. All are approved by the <br /> state department that regulates game devices. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> Tri <br />
