Mr. Isbitz felt that 209 Old Barnstable should be pushed for <br /> October but Mr. Willard indicated his preference that the two parcels be offered together to potentially <br /> reduce the number of units at Old Barnstable. Mr. Willard resides in the area. Mr. Isbitz noted that the <br /> density would likely be the same as the existing Quashnet Condos in a good design. Mr. Willard <br /> indicated that he would not oppose a well built and thought out development but hoped that both <br /> parcels would be offered at the same time. Mr. Isbitz stated that no number of units would be available <br /> until a developer provided a plan and design.
