Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee hpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March28, 2003and April <br /> 200 3, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, Aril 23, 2003 and continued until Wednesday, May 28, 200 3, at which time <br /> the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and actin <br /> throughout. Robert Nelson, Zella Eli enberry and Marshall rein. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions ions of Massachusetts General Daws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws, <br /> Eric Lubrano builder represents the petitioners Sylvia and Dennis Neighbors. s <br /> suggested � <br /> u e ted the Board t the fiat hearing, the Neighbors have combined two lots to <br /> become one therefore adjusting the lot coverage to more reasonable request of 20%. <br /> They arero osin to add a covered porch, a deep and a 12' x 22" addition to the existing <br /> p g <br /> dwelling and need several variances to do this. The Board moves to grant the requested <br /> variances. <br />
