Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 91., 2003 to <br /> rant a Variance of 20 feet from the front setback requirements. The Variance i <br /> conditioned upon compliance with a certified plot plan from Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering, dated September 4, 2002 as prepared for Paul Hutchinson. <br />
