Map 84 Parcel 22 <br /> V-03-56 <br /> Petition was filed on March 14, 2003 by Shoestring Bay Realty Trust of <br /> Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a variance from Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to <br /> exceed the 7 -foot total length limit to allow for construction of a stairway, pier, ramp <br /> and <br /> float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 23 Shoestring Bay Road Map <br /> 84 Parcel <br /> 2 Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Willowbend Development Corporation. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The 1 lashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of M shpee, on March 28, 2003 and April <br /> 45 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a Part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, <br /> A ril 9, 2003 at which time the following members of the zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were pg <br /> resent and actin throughout: Jaynes E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Zella Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashp ee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> . o Massachusetts General Laves Chapter oA Section 1 o and the Town f <br /> provisions _ <br /> ilashpee Zoning By-laves. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzl e of The Phoenix Group, represents the petitioner. He is <br /> ce of 1 feet to build a pier, ramp and float. The reason for the excessive <br /> seeking a Variance <br /> length is the level of the tide. In addition, much of the ramp will be hidden behind salt <br /> rnarsll. Them are <br /> other doers in the immediate area comparable in size. The Board <br /> moves to grant the variance of 81 feet. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
