Mashpee Zoning Shoestring Bair Realty gust 2 <br /> Board of Appeal Owner: Willo v end Development Corporation <br /> V- - <br /> GENERAL ENDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 23 Shoestring Bay Road and contains <br /> 42,010 square feet, <br /> SPECIFIC FI1 I fNGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. thero osed dock will e ars aeesor+_ to an existing dwelling and is a <br /> p p <br /> permissible use upon the grant of a Special Permit. <br /> 2. - the Petitioner met the criteria for granting of a Special Permit. <br /> . the proposal has been approved by the Shellfish Constable whose <br /> responsibilities include protection of the marine environment. <br /> 4. thep ro osal has been reviewed by the Conservation Commission to address <br /> impacts on the coastal environment. <br /> . the use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of theBy-laws. <br /> . the owner has rights to maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> 7. Piling with the State IEP Wetlands Program shall be considered execution of <br /> the Special Permit. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner net the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon notion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 9, 2003 to <br /> grant a Variance of 81 to exceed the allowed70-foot total length limit. The Variance is <br /> conditionedp on compliance with plans from The Phoenix Group, Mashpee, MA, dated <br /> February 10, 2003 as prepared for 23 Shoestring Bay Road. <br />
