Piling with the State IEP Wetlands Program shall be considered execution of <br /> the Special Permit. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner net the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon notion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 9, 2003 to <br /> grant a Variance of 81 to exceed the allowed70-foot total length limit. The Variance is <br /> conditionedp on compliance with plans from The Phoenix Group, Mashpee, MA, dated <br /> February 10, 2003 as prepared for 23 Shoestring Bay Road. <br />
