This property i located in <br /> n -5 zoning district at 84 Jaynes Circle Map 64 Parcel 45 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 2, 2003 and May 9, <br /> 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, James Regan and Zella <br /> Elienlerry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> Robert and Joanne Lemay represent themselves at this hearing. The lot in <br /> question has leen taxed as a vacant buildable lot. Current zoning has rendered this lot as <br /> nhuildalle as such and Petitioner is seeping a 75 frontage Variance and a Variance of <br /> 66,099 square feet to meet the current 80,000 square foot minimum requirement. The <br /> Board moves to grant these variances. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 84 James Circle and contains 13,901 square <br /> feet. <br />
