Notice was given by publication in The Mas pee Enterprise, <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, May , 2003 and June 6, <br /> 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Ilashpe Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Richard Guerrera <br /> and James Regan. <br /> The Mashpe Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions ofMassachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town <br /> of <br /> lashpee ZoningBy-laws. <br /> Mary Counts represented herself at this hearing. She is requesting a Special <br /> Per It to build an accessory structure to her home.
