On or about June 3, 2003, the Mashpee Board of Assessors provided a certified <br /> list of abutters to the Mashpee ZBA. The owner of 693 Creat Neck Road, South, was identified <br /> as the Petitioner, Margaret M. Fitzgibbon of P.O. Box 40 Marstons. Mills, Massachusetts. A copy <br /> of the Mashpee Board of Assessors abutters list is attached hereto as Exhibit "C". <br />
