On or about June 3, 2003, the Mashpee ZA mailed to the Petitioner, the <br /> identified owner of 693 Creat Neck Road, South, Mashpee, Massachusetts, a Notice of Public <br /> Hearing scheduled for June 11, 2 00 3. The Peutioner did not inform the plaintiffs regarding her <br /> receipt of said notice. <br /> 10. On June 11 '2003, the Petitioner's application for a Special Permit came on for <br /> public hearing before the Mashpee Z . The plaintiffs-abutters did not receive notice of said <br /> June 11, 2003 hearing from either the Petitioner or the Mashpee ZA. <br /> 11. On June 11, 2003, the Petitioner requested a continuance of the pub lie hearing to <br /> June 2 , 2003 in order to provide a new design to attach the main dwelling to the detached three- <br /> car garage. <br /> 12. On or about June 12, 2003) the plaintiffs-abutters notified the Town of Mashpee <br /> that they were the new owners of record for the premises located at 693 Great Neck Road, South, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> 13. On June 25, 2003, the Petitioner's application for a Special Permit came on for a <br /> continued public hearing before the Mashpec Z A. The plaintiffs-abutters did not receive notice <br /> of said June 2 , 2003 hearing from either the Petitioner or the Mashpee,SBA. y <br /> 1 . On June 2 , 2003, the Mashpee ZA granted the Petitioner a Special Permit from <br /> Section 174.25(A)(8) of the Mashpee ZoningBy-lay in order to build on the Parcel a one- <br /> bedroom accessory structure above the detached three-car garage. <br /> 15. On July 9, 2003, the Mashpee ZE A. filed its decision with the Mashpee Town <br /> Clerk, a certified copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit"D" <br />
