Mr. Collins responded that he would <br /> look in to the funds available for affordable housing with the Finance Director, as well as consult with <br /> Town Counsel regarding changes to the Affordable Housing Trust. Selectman O'Hara stated that the <br /> purpose of the Affordable Housing Committee was to develop ideas and identify sites for affordable <br /> housing while the Trust would approve or not approve plans, seeking funds in order to develop an <br /> affordable housing project.
